Betsy Martinez has been with the Vision and Learning Center since 2010. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education at Lesley University in Cambridge, MA and worked as a Elementary school teacher.
Betsy loves building a rapport with every patient while working towards improving their visual skills. She enjoys working with people of all ages, and finds vision therapy to be very rewarding.
Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors, hiking, kayaking, gardening, and spending time with her family.
Amanda Nelson proudly joined the Vision and Learning Center team as a vision therapist in early 2016. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Kutztown University and spent twelve years teaching high school social studies. She is a recent graduate of Arcadia University’s Master of Arts Education Program.
Amanda enjoys working as vision therapist and helping all patients overcome their challenges and improve their vision. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and raising her two young sons with her husband.
